Shipping policy

We currently ship within California.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Orders made on the weekends will ship on Mondays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Our cookies are perishable items. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
