Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Refunds are not provided for taste preferences or delayed delivery once the package has been marked as delivered.
